Who is controlling your thoughts and your life?

You may think that the thoughts you have are your own, but are they really? How much control do you have over your thoughts and why is that even important?

Because in order to create the life that you want, you have to develop the habit of controlling your thoughts. Thoughts are powerful. They are the precursor of all the actions you take. Nothing can be created in your life unless you think of it first.

The reason so many self-help programs fail is that they focus on superficial changes which rarely last long, instead of targetting the thinking which is the root of it all.

Your thoughts are at the root of any problems (or for that matter any success) you
are experiencing.

Most of us are largely unaware of the thoughts we have. To make matters worse, we live in a society that is constantly trying to control our thinking to meet their own ends.

The media, your boss, co-workers, your friends, spouse or family members are all trying to get you to think like they want you to think.

And if you are not in control of your thoughts, you are not in control of your life.

But how do you get control over what seems like an automatic process. With patience and the proper technique you can not only take control over your life, but you can move your life in the direction of your dreams.

One of my all time favourite resources for learning how to take control of your thoughts is The Awakening Course by Joe Vitale - The Secrets for attracting Health, Wealth, Happiness & Love.
